Hot prawns in baby gem lettuce

Here is a fantastically good and fresh recipe that is suitable for both lunch and dinner.  We hope you like it! Bon appetit.

Ingredients (4 pers)

  • 250 grams of peeled shrimp
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 chili
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cream cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 8 small gem leaves
  • Salt and pepper


  • 1 dl sour cream
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper

This is how you do it


  1. Cut the cucumber into small cubes
  2. Chop the chili
  3. Chop the red onion
  4. Mix shrimp, chili, cucumber, cayenne pepper and chili flakes in a bowl. Taste. Increase the amount of spices if you want hotter shrimpS
  5. Dice the avocado into fine pieces and place gently in the bowl
  6. Place 8 gem leaves on a plate. Place the shrimp mixture on top


  1. Put 1 dl creme fraiche in a bowl
  2. Squeeze the juice out of a lime
  3. Season with salt and pepper
